This unique program is designed to “reset” your body from the ground up and create physical/body awareness to help you understand where and when you are potentially doing damage to yourself throughout the day.
Whether you’re sleeping, working, walking, standing, driving, working out or just feeling “off,” we will go over all of the potential causes of your pain and teach you how to avoid it.
Once you have achieved a state of movement awareness, we will begin to add-in more traditional weight training and exercises to make you stronger as a whole, and keep your body happy and healthy.
