The Training For Warriors system is designed to be done four days a week and incorporates two strength training days and two cardio days. It also includes our signature Hurricane Training, which has been specifically crafted to help you get rid of any extra weight that you are carrying and build muscle (fast) so that you can get back to feeling great.
