HOW you move is as important as movement itself.

Using the principles of Chung Fu we thoroughly assess your gait, posture and body awareness to find out if your body is functioning optimally. After undergoing your 30 minute assessment you will have a clear picture of your body, and the compensations that may be affecting your results and/or causing you pain, as well as an action plan for how you can correct your dysfunctions.
